1. Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in "like new" condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
- Items missing original packaging or accessories.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
