Joobran is an Egyptian brand specialising in handcrafted bags and accessories made from 100% cotton canvas and genuine cow leather. We are committed to sustainable, high-quality craftsmanship.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a pricing error.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • We accept payments through the methods available at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or availability issues.

5. Shipping

  • We ship across Egypt within 2–5 business days (Friday is not a business day). Delays may occur during national holidays.
  • Standard delivery fee is approximately 100 EGP, depending on your area.
  • Joobran is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policy is outlined in full on our Return & Exchange page. In summary:

  • Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery on items returned in "like new" condition.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Return and exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on joobran.com — including product images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Joobran and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Joobran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Product Care Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted from natural materials. We provide care instructions with each product and on our website. Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not covered under our return policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
