Thank you for shopping with Joobran. Below you will find all information regarding how we process and deliver your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next available business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Egypt)
We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available from the courier). If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Joobran is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipment fees will apply in such cases.
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@joobran.com. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf. Please note that Joobran is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
6. Damaged Orders on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
